Cozy Beach Condo located on Naples Beach, Florida
Location
The Condo is located at the Surfside Club in beautiful Naples Beach Florida. It is situated on the Gulf of Mexico, right next door to the famous Naples Beach Resort. Shops and restaurants are just 15 blocks away on 5th street in downtown Naples or right off US 41. Malls, Museums and the Naples Zoo are just minutes away.
Amenities
The completely renovated condo contains all of the following: 2 bedrooms(1 queen bed and 1 full bed), a sleeper sofa and two 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen with granite tops and Stainless Steel appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utencils, cookware, dishes, Keurig Coffee machine and more. Cable TV with HD flat panel TV's and Free Wifi included. Unit is on the second floor, just steps away from the beach and beach front heated pool/deck. There is a pay laundry room with washers and driers directly across the parking lot.

Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted in the unit.
Updates: 2013 - We installed new impact doors and windows. This change not only makes the unit nicer, it reduces noise and helps keep he unit cooler.

Rental Information
We rent out our unit from October through December and from January through April. We only rent monthly. Since we are limited by the condo association to only two rental leases per year, we give preference to rentals of 2 months or more. See fee schedule below:
Rental Rates
Rental Fees for October through December
1 month - October through December $3,900.00
2 months - October through December $3,700.00 per month
3 months - October through December $3,400.00 per month
Rental Fees for January through March
1 month - January through March $4,700.00
2 months - January through March $4,500.00 per month
3 months- January through March $4,200.00 per month
Rental Fees for April
April - $4,200.00
Rental Fees for 6 or 7 Months(October-April)
October through March or April - $3,300.00 per month.(Six or seven month lease)
Additional Fees:
10% sales tax, $50 application fee(for association). $1,000.00 security deposit(refundable).
Reservation Information:
Reservations require completed application(will be provided) and 50% of the total rental fee including taxes. In the unlikely event you are not approved by the association, all funds less $50.00(application fee) will be refunded. The balance is due in full 60 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations:
You may cancel without any penalty within 30 days of application/lease agreement date. If you cancel within the 30 day period, all deposits will be refunded except for $50.00 which would cover the HOA application fee. Please note that No refunds will be issued if you cancel after the 30 day period.
